Should have hands-on experience on Cobol, JCL, DB2
Should be well versed with Sorts, File-aid tools, QMF, SPUFI, Xpeditor etc.
As a part of On-Job experience, should have knowledge of doing UT/ST, Test case preparation, Reviews and Debugging.
Should have knowledge of atleast one configuration mgmt tool like Endevor, ChangeMan etc..
Should possess good communication skills.
