Senior Software Engineer-Network Service:
? 6 to 10 years experience in C++, OOAD with Network Service domain-- TCP/IP, DHCP, IPSec and IEEE 802.x (WiFi, WiMax) protocols.
Software Engineer-System Architecture:
? 4 to 7 years experience, Strong on C++, Embedded system, RTOS and OOPS
Symbian C++ and OOPS Concepts.
Principle Engineer-System Test:
? 8+ years experience, strong in Derive test strategy & test plan, Development of test specs, test code in C++.
Configuration Engineer-Product Delivery:
? 3+yrs experience in Configuration Management, Excellent in Perforce, TeamTrack, Python, PERL
Core Services & Protocols Software Engineering
? 4+ yrs of experience and excellent C++ skills and RTP/RTSP
? Very good working knowledge on OOAD/UML
? Familiarity with TCP/IP, Networking/SIP/RTP/RTSP
System Test ? Software Engineer
? 3+ years in system testing, test code in C++
? Relevant Testing / Test development experience ? knowledge in different testing methodologies, experience in deriving test cases, creating & managing test environments
? Good programming knowledge in C++

In a nut shell the developer has to have 1. Blackberry OS (RIM OS) application development - They need to have written application on mobile phone on blackberry's various flavors/versions 2. Should have web services experience - in other words they need to call webservices from the application that they write on mobile phones over WIFI. 3. This whole process does not involve any simple phones. Only works with high end phones such as blackberries and also has nothing to do with call network - only WIFI. They need to have call control experience with WIFI
