Associate Business Analyst


Job Description

Experience : 6 MONTHS TO 1.6 YEARS.

Description:

Understanding and creating functional requirements in close collaboration with client personnel
Eliciting, documenting, defining and reviewing detailed business and functional requirements
Involvement with all phases of development (analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment)
Prepare and review the Requirement Analysis and Functional Specification documents.
Responsible for explaining the client requirements to the software development and testing teams. Incase of enhancements or modifications, the incumbent should be able to liaise with other Business & Systems' teams to understand functional implications of changes
Responsible to contribute towards web designing, creating wireframes and conceptualize the flow of the system under study
Coaching and mentoring team members
Working closely with development teams to build applications

Desired Profile:





6 Months to 1.6 years experience in systems analysis in the development of new and replacement application projects
Experience in gathering and developing detailed functional requirements for mission critical, enterprise applications
Experience in designing and facilitating user focus sessions.
Understanding, analysing & documenting Business Requirement
Good understanding & implementation of UML.
Good understanding of Web Designing and Visualizing concepts
Understanding of data modeling, object modeling, and OO design principles
Strong skills using Microsoft Office
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Active listening and negotiation skills
A passion for understanding dynamics of businesses and for problem solving
Should possess demonstrable experience with leading requirements gathering sessions, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
You should also demonstrate strong domain knowledge in at least one area of specialization.
Willing to travel within the country and overseas
