Job Description
Provide escalation support for tickets
Monitoring, Maintenance & Configurations of Linux & Windows Servers
Management of Web Servers (Apache/IIS),
Management of Mail Servers (Sendmail/Postfix) & POP Server
Management Database Servers (MySQL, MsSQL, Postgres)
Security & Firewall Management
Handle Spam & Virus Issues
Use ticketing & notification procedures
Candidate should have basic knowledge of Linux & Windows Server & must have good communication skill and desire to work in challenging environment.
Basic knowledge of programming & exposure to Web Hosting technologies will be added advantage.
