Job Description
? Identify new customers for Oracle?s applications products within a given sales territory
? Develop and execute effective campaigns in reaching top level executives and line-of-business (LOB) managers about the benefits of Oracle?s products
? Be a key member of Oracle?s sales team responsible for demand generation and lead qualification, and overall account penetration strategy
? Responsible for building sales pipeline: key business function is prospecting new accounts
? Ability to demonstrate time management, strong sales skills and knowledge of Oracle/Competition
? Job demands to work with the US timings. Flexibility to work on Night Shifts is an essential requirement for this position
Desired Profile
? 2-6 years line-of-business experience, software experience or sales experience
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills: able to talk to C-level, LOB executives or technical audiences
? Ability to understand customer's industry and core business processes, and then identify the problems they are facing
? Ability to understand and describe how Oracle?s product solutions and features can address the business issues that customers are facing
? Integrate with both inside and Field sales reps to develop account strategy
? Establish account presence and build trust with key contacts
? Effective sales, marketing and project management skills
? Ability to work in a team environment
? An entrepreneurial spirit
? Enterprise applications knowledge a plus
? Grad/ BE/Btech/MBA from premier institutes: MBA a plus
