Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:
Software Engineer - Corp HR Systems.
Perform PeopleSoft systems analysis, programming, and testing. Understand and follow all programming standards, using PeopleSoft best practices. Create technical program specifications and unit/ integration test plans from the PeopleSoft Technical System Design. Code and test programs from technical program specifications.
Developing technical specs based on Functional Requirements, Troubleshooting and problem solving , Production support, Coding and development .

JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITES:
Should have Development experience on
PeopleSoft HRMS 8.x
PeopleTools 8.1x or above. 8.4x experience is preferred in Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integrtaion Broker , Process Scheduler, Security, Query & Workflow.
Application Upgrade, Data Mover, Upgrade/Change Assistant, STAT.
Application Server, Process Scheduler Server and Web Server.
SQR and SQL.
Unix and Oracle.
PeopleSoft HR Application and /or Tools Upgrade.
Installation/ Configuration/ Performance Monitoring & Tuning.
Application of PeopleSoft Patches and Fixes.
PeopleSoft Production Support.
Configuration of Process Scheduler
Experience with PeopleSoft ELM, ePerformance or eRecruit would be a plus
Mentoring and Training Jr Developers
Code Review

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a technology-related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience
Peoplesoft certification is preferred
