Methods Engineering/ Process Planners

Method Engineer ( Manufacturing Process Planning – Aerospace)


Qualifications: BE(Mechanical)/Diploma In Mechanical

Technical Skills:

· Reading and interpretation of engineering drawings.

· Hands on experience in manufacturing process planning ( detail and or assembly)

Sheet metal Detail/ Machine parts detail/ Assembly process planning

· Knowledge of engineering standards and materials.

· Knowledge of heat treatment processes.

· Basic Catia V4/V5 knowledge

· Assembly building knowledge

Design Engineer - Aerostructures


Qualifications: BE/ ME/ PhD (Mechanical / Aerospace)

Technical Skills:
• Mechanical/aero Engineering degree with a minimum of 3 year experience in a design office
• knowledge in:
Conceptual design, lay out, modeling, assembly, digital mock up
- Drafting standards, GD & T
- Aerospace materials, finishes, fasteners, structure.
- Sheet Metal
- Steel structure and welding
- Machining (NC and Conventional)

Computer skills:
• CATIA V5 /V4

Composite Design Engineer : Aerospace

· Experience in design and development of Composite products Aerospace.

§ Concept to realization of new products.

§ Process designing.

§ Preparing Process, Quality and operating manual.

§ Composite product modeling using CAD.

§ Part Modeling, Tool extraction, Design of Jig and Fixtures, Drafting.

§ Tool design & development in composites and metals.

Education : BE / ME / Diploma in Mechanical / Aeronautical engineering

Composite Stress Engineer :

· Aerospace Structures Advanced Stress Analysis

· Stress analysis of Composite Aerostructure components.

· Progressive failure stress analysis of layered composite system.

* Experience in finite element method, composites structural analysis.

Experience : 3 to 10 Years

Education : BE / ME / PhD / Mechanical / Aeronautical engineering/Diploma
