Job Description

1. Strong technical knowledge in Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0/3.5, Microsoft ASP.NET, WPF, WCF, WF, SQL Server 2005/2008, AJAX, Java-Script

2. This role combines that of a Technical Lead and Project Lead

3. Experience in windows platform as well as Web Platform solutions / OOAD / XML / Web services / SOA

4. Should have exp in .NET, BizTalk (Optional), SharePoint (Optional)

5. Strong Communication Skills / Client Facing Personality

6. Should have good presentation Skills with sound Technical knowledge

7. Should be able to get down to the grass root level and write code

8. Should be able to perform code reviews and recommend best practices for code development

9. Should be able to recommend best practices for code reuse, better scalability, performance and availability

10. Should display leadership qualities and lead small teams for interim goals/projects

11. Should have a good collaborative attitude and be able to conduct internal training sessions and process improvement initiatives as and when necessary

Desired Profile

1. Suitable candidate should have worked as a Tech/Project Lead for minimum 2 yrs

2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing Windows/WEB UI solutions in Microsoft .NET technologies.

3. The candidate must have demonstrable experience in Object Oriented Design and design patterns

4. Proficiency with Microsoft development tools including Visual Studio .Net 2005 and VS2008

5. A 4 year degree in computer science or engineering is required for this position

6. Experience in SliverLight & Expression Studio is big plus

7. MCP / MCTS certified professionals will be preferred

8. The candidate must have demonstrable sound problem resolution, judgment, negotiating, decision making, analytical and organizational skills
