DEVELOPERS:
Code the assigned module(s) based on the technical design and coding standards so as to deliver error free output. Provide fixes to issues wherever required by doing a thorough analysis of root cause and impact of the defect.
-Define unit test cases based on the Tech design/functional design in a way that is comprehensive and verifies accuracy of developed features. Deploy the unit test cases defined so as to ensure error free execution.
-Ensure adherence to quality norms prescribed through ISO, IBLC etc in all the project activities. Create required documents as per the iBLC process for the various phases of product development.
-Diagnose the issues that are raised during testing at various stages by doing a thorough analysis of cause and effect.
-Perform thorough, comprehensive code reviews using the checklist and coding standards in a way that identifies to the maximum extent possible issues/errors in the deliverable.
Experience: 2 - 7 years
Technical DESIGNER
-Understand requirements provided by internal and external stakeholders and research new products/technologies in the market to assess feasibility of deploying them within the product framework.
-Guide developers in defining project plans, developing prototypes and Architecture design. Monitors development activities to ensure agreed timelines are met. Ensure comprehensive Testing of prototypes and components that are developed.
-Analyze, summarize and report findings of the results of the proof of concepts developed by the team and make appropriate recommendations. Analyze issues arising during the development and testing phases to identify patterns, and design modifications that may be required.
-Identify and meet with vendors to evaluate usefulness /relevance of new and existing products, in order to make recommendations.
-Work towards enhancing technical knowledge of self and the team. Act as a mentor to the developers in order to improve their skill and abilities.
Education :Any Graduate/Any Engineering / B.Tech / MCA/M.Sc.\
Experience: 4 - 7 years
