1. Service Desk( L1 , 1- 4 yrs Exp) Excellent Communication skills , 2 years exp in Enterprize IT Helpdesk, Knowledge and skills in Operating systems, Exchange, and exposure to Networking (LAN/WAN/ VPN).

2. End User Infrastructure Services( L1 , L2 & L3 , 2-8 yrs ) OS Build, Imaging, Exposure to Networking/ Windows admin , Understanding of ITIL framework

3. Mid Range Systems L1 , L2 & L3 3- 8 yrs Exp ) Windows, MCSE with exposure to ADS and Enterprize Networking. UNIX : Various Flavours (SUN/HP/AIX/LINUX) LPars,VPars,Security, NFS, Scheduling,Kernel Tuning. Backup and Storage: should have working knowledge of Storage/ backup tool (EMC, Hitachi, HP, NetAPP), Tape Libraries

4. Infrastructure Apps, Environments, and Utility Services-L2,L3 (2- 8 yrs Exp ) System admin in Windows and Unix.Citrix and Vmwatre. SQL, Exchange.

5. Network Services ( L1 , L2 & L3 , 2-8 yrs Exp ) Handling of Monitoring Tasks, Basic Knowledge of N/W Mgmt, Experience in WAN,LAN,VPN and security N/W Monitoring.

6. Mainframe Systems-( L1, L2, L3 , 2 - 8 yrs Exp ) Cobol/DB2/IMS/MVS, JCL, CICS/IMS-DC

7. Storage(2-4 yrs) SAN storage network,NAS Storage Network,Symmetrix,Legato,Celera,Clariion,brocade,Cisco,Mcdata

8. SQL DBA ( 4-10 yrs Exp ) L2,L3 In depth technical knowledge of SQL Server versions 2000 and 2005. Experience with SQL Server performance tuning (database tuning, SQL statement tuning, …)

Experience with SQL Server options such as Integration ,Services/DTS), Reporting Services, Partitioning

Extensive implementation and operational experience with these environments (+5 years of experience), 2+ years of service design and architectural infrastructure experience in this area required

3+ years experience with key project roles on large enterprise technology implementation project

9. Oracle DBA ( 4-10 yrs Exp ) L2,L3 In depth technical knowledge of Oracle versions 9i and 10g ,Experience on Oracle performance tuning (database tuning, SQL statement tuning)

Experience with Oracle options such as RAC, Data Guard, artitioning

Extensive implementation and operational experience with these environments (+5 years of experience),2+ years of service design and architectural infrastructure experience in this area required

3+ years experience with key project roles on large enterprise technology implementation projects Thorough knowledge of Unix/Linux (HPUX and SuSe) and Windows
